  1. @swoopdown If you're into extreme sports, should follow this guy:
  2. To add to this, Ayala had a shoulder injury mid-year that played a big role in the results. When fully healthy, he can go with anyone at the weight.
  3. 125 - Ayala - high motor, very good from neutral. Fully healthy, he's an AA(maybe top 3). 133 - Teske - would love to see him get on the podium, but thinking BR 141 - Woods - favorite to win the weight 149 - Rathjen/Voinovich - very interested to see who ends up the starter here. Leaning Voinovich with the better HS resume and full season as a college starter, but we shall see. Going with R16 for either for now. 157 - Siebrecht - not your typical "Iowa style" wrestler. Very funky, not scared of going upper body, comfortable scrambling. Injury really stalled out his season last year. AA potential, but will need to see him add some leg attacks consistantly before I can predict it. 165 - Kennedy - one of many very talented wrestlers at 165. Going with AA, how high depends on draw as he currently seems to struggle with lanky scramblers. 174 - Brands - stingey, stingey defense. Opened up a bit at NCAAs. Would love to see him keep that mentality all season long. AA in 3-6 range. 184 - Assad - If he could just find a way to finish his shots, he would be an AA. Unfortunately, hasn't happened yet. R16/BR until he figures out how to convert once he's in on the legs. 197 - Franklin/Glazier - Not sure who wins the starting spot. Franklin beat him at the Soldier Salute, so going with the freshman for now. NQ 285 - Cassioppi - Top 4
  4. Wouldn't need pigtails if his performances follow the past two years. He has lost in the 1st or 2nd round, and wrestled all the way back to the 3rd/5th place medal matches.
  5. Pat McKee will probably end up pretty high on the list. He is already at 16 matches in two trips.
  6. B1G+ has the dual listed on their calendar.
  7. I don't typically worry too much about missed recruits, but man I really, really wanted Mendez to choose Iowa. Kid is a stud.
  8. Geog over Shumate. tOSU fans, was this a surprise result?
  9. Amos at the top of my list as well. Another 97 that I think could be a problem is Luke Stout. Had some quality wins and no bad losses his freshman year. If recovery goes well for Brands, he could get onto the podium at 74.
  10. He was undefeated heading into the Iowa dual with a bunch of falls. Exciting style and a true freshman to boot. Wrestlestat now requires a login to see everything. Easy to sign up, and still free to use.
  11. MJ Gaitan off to a good start. Had wins over Rojas and Broderson in the ISU wrestleoffs.
