JoeSmith
My vote goes to the Fighting Camel logo on the mat for Campbell University. I like the Purdue Boilermakers, especially since the light gray is easy on the eyes when viewing matches. But, the Campbell Fighting Camel mat is unmatched. Who do you guys think has the best looking mat?
flyingcement
I like the ones you mentioned. Also always liked Edinboro:
jackwebster
I like Penn State: no distracting lettres and the white pops. I do not like Wyoming: too much stuff going on . . They were trying too hard.

D3 for LU
Uh... doesn't Edinboro have plaid singlets too? (Their Heavyweight might get a teampoint deducted for taking down his singlet straps while on the mat!) D3
JoeSmith
If anyone has a good photo of the Fighting Camels wrestling mat would you please post it? I have been looking online and can't find one. I see it in duals but getting a still image of it eludes me. Would help with a photo posted so we can see what I am posting about. The Fighting Scots does look good. The problem for me with the big white areas on a mat is the high contrast when trying to watch a match. Even worse when the video folks can't figure out how to set their exposure and you go from blinding brightness to dim as the auto exposure settings try to compensate for the White. Penn State videos have this problem too often.
Jerry Callo
My vote goes to Edinboro - for their May - too bad they barely have a team anymore

This was the late 80s. When I say "square mat," I mean the competition area was not a circle, but a square. Horrible match. Blew a lead in the semi on that mat! 1
Interviewed_at_Weehawken
This was from an April Fool's article, but basically what I wrestled on. It was an old mat that they were still making use of. ugarles
my son looked at the Penn mat when I was showing him EIWA highlights and said it looks like a pokeball.

Are they designed to interlock so you can fit more mats into an arena? I see it's UALR's so they must be new. Also now do they roll up?
